I am grateful to see that you students are taking such an active interest in your own governance. The Board, the teachers and I have agreed that we shall allow the Prefects, Head Boy and Head Girl to do as your council decides, although of course I shall reserve the right to step in should you decide to allow the use of the Cruciatus curse and the new method of punishment is abused in any way.
