Well, he could've said that a lot shorter, but it's about time SOMEBODY said it's not all right to go around bullying people. Or crucio'ing people just because you've got a license to do it.
But, um. Does anyone know what 'coercive' means? Cause I get what he's saying, but some of it was sort of, yeah.
