I've said before that there are anonymous people who keep me informed, Bill, doesn't have to be Justin or anyone else specific, for that matter. Just the fact that it's more than one ought to be enough. If MLE do start looking through every piece of post in and out of Hogwarts, well, I reckon that will do more to turn students against them than anything I might say.

In any case, as far as getting Justin attention - I did consider that as well. But since the main person who was bullying him has been sent to France to face expulsion, I figure he's as safe as he's going to get. Anyone who pesters him now is asking for harsh treatment.
