In the meantime, I suggest a hot shower, a cup of tea with lemon -- which I can provide, if the elves are unable to do so -- and an early retirement. From experience I can recommend that you be up and moving in the morning as usual, but if you'd like to sleep in a bit in the morning, I would not be adverse to delaying our usual exercises for twenty or thirty minutes; I could use the extra sleep myself.
