Bill -- I'm assuming by this point, you've a fairly good idea of who is an immediate threat of the prisoners you're holding, and who is not. Send those who aren't home, and tell Davidson that we are prepared to help transport the more dangerous elements to Saltash where they can be guarded, fed, etc. so that he can move forward with the Sleeper initiative and providing defensive support for the camps, and we'll need Fu elsewhere as well, I've no doubt. We'll keep the wands you confiscated for the time being.
For now, the Ministry is secure -- only we can access it, it isn't going anywhere, and we can return and dig through files later with a designated team. I suggest we pull back and focus our energies elsewhere for the time being.
