Third and seventh year students, astronomy lessons are cancelled for the evening. Please remain in your dormitories until morning.

If anyone has any information that may be of use to MLE, please write at your earliest convenience, or see one of us after the announcements at breakfast.

Thank you for the offer -- I will almost certainly take you up on it tomorrow; we are still sorting out what has happened, but it will undoubtedly involve a great deal of work.

It's best for you to get some sleep now, though. Tomorrow after breakfast, if you are still willing to help, come see me.

It's only--I do beg your pardon, what, but there are rumours circulating round the sett, as neither Professor Sprout nor Professor Sinistra have been seen this evening. I say, is there anything you would like me to tell the other Hufflepuffs to--to keep them calm tonight? I daresay the last thing we need is for half the House to invade the Hospital Wing.

I'm afraid that whatever rumours are circulating, the truth is almost certainly worse. I'd like to avoid feeding the rumour mill as much as possible, however; I shall make an announcement at breakfast, once I can sort through everything and attempt to find the truth behind.

Please do assure the children that despite the confusion of the evening, they are safe, everything is under control, and there will be more information in the morning. I have faith in your ability to be suitably reassuring.
